The Interior regions vary from mild winters to harsh cold winters ideal for skiing and winter sports. Summers are delightful and lend themselves easily to travel plans, holidaying, swimming and many other outings. With hundreds of miles of coastline and thousands of lakes in the interior the fishing is great, wildlife is abundant and bird watching is a favourite pastime.
